| What do I need to mail in with my order? |
| You should mail in the Completed Order Form, a Photo CD or the Photos to be scanned in order (or with Post-its stuck to the back with the sequence) placed in a ziploc-type bag, The original music CD(s) for your music selections and payment for the amount of your package. A box is a preffered method of shipping but if you use an envelope please try and put a piece of cardboard in to make protect the photos from bending. |
| How long will each photo appear on the screen? |
| Each photo will appear for between 4-6 seconds, this varies depending on the nature of the photos and the transitions we're using. |
| Will you return all of my photographs, music and other materials? |
| Yes, your original source materials will be returned to you with your completed project. |
| How long will it take you to complete my project? |
| Our typical turn around time is 4-6 weeks. If a shorter turnaround time is required please let us know prior to placing your order. |
| Can I pick my own music? |
| You can send your own music on the original CD(s) for inclusion on the DVD or we can purchase
the song for you. Under the Fair Use Provision of the music copyright laws, it is legal to use your
purchased music or music we purchase on your behalf in the creation of your customized DVD photo
slideshows. If clients send us their own music, it must be on the original legally-purchased CD. By ordering
from MC Creative Design our clients agree to use their shows for personal use ONLY and not for
fee-based public exhibition or for resale.

| Can I order additional copies of my disc? |
| Yes. At the time of purchase you can order additional copies of the DVD. We also keep your DVD on file so that you may reorder at any time. |
